Kathy Burke has been providing executive coaching and consulting services to executives, managers, teams, and individual contributors at organizations in the business, educational, and social sectors since 1999. Clients include Stanford University, HP, Agilent, Novartis, Kaiser, and Charles Scwab. Clients also include Executive Directors, managers, and Boards of non-profit organizations in the areas of health, human services, arts, environment, and education including Pacific Autism Center for Education (PACE), the YMCA, and Family Supportive Housing.A senior manager with Hewlett-Packard for over 18 years, Kathy managed and led teams as well as programs and projects in Customer Relationship Management, Finance, IT, Global Diversity, and Corporate Staffing. She also designed and delivered employee training programs and workshops on subjects ranging from effective communications, finance for non-financial managers, and change management, to online customer privacy. Kathy holds an MBA with emphasis in Finance and Management from Santa Clara University and a BA in Psychology from San Jose State University. She is also a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, one of the first professional coach training schools accredited by the International Coaches Federation (ICF). Qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Kathy is also certified to deliver the New Ventures West Coaching to Excellence course, Vital Smarts’ Crucial Conversations, and various leadership and 360 assessment instruments. She has served on the faculty and on coach certification panels for New Ventures West and is a member of and advisor/coach to several nonprofit boards.
