As the Program Director at Delta Institute, I oversee Delta's Program initiatives and staff. In 2017 I founded Litebill (fomerly Lumin), a software service for energy utilities that helps low and moderate income customers take control of their energy bills. I rejoined Delta in 2011 to continue to develop and manage innovative green building, energy and waste programs. I managed and implemented LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance, Interior Design & Construction and New Construction projects, designed commercial energy efficiency programs, and led the redesign of the Chicago Green Office Challenge, which led the nation in green business challenge programs.

I joined RSG to help start their Chicago office and further develop and manage the voluntary utility energy efficiency incentive programs under for the Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency Program and the Chicagoland Natural Gas Savings Program. To support the voluntary programs, I led the effort to galvanize adoption by residential contractors throughout northern Illinois, as well as assisted in the effort to engage private businesses to undertake energy efficiency practices. I worked with the RSG engineering team in Half Moon Bay, California to technically develop measures for the program, and with the Governance Committee of the Chicagoland Program to test their cost-effectiveness and marketability. The programs had a combined budget of $20M with several partners and subcontractors.

At Delta I built a practice around green building implementation and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) planning and implementation (especially Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance). I started the Delta Weatherization & Energy Efficiency Program as part of the City of Chicago's Climate Change Action Plan, and worked with regional stakeholders to create infrastructure around green planning, watershed and stormwater management, green building implementation, and climate change policy implementation. For the first four years, I also administered Delta's IT infrastructure and website.
