I’m on a journey that has taken me from legal operational and change management to the world of data analytics and research methods by way of social and political advocacy. I'm looking to connect with those pivoting to new phases in their educational and professional lives as well as those interested in engaging in building the support and knowledge resources of peace-building advocates, civic and political reformers, and anyone generally trying to find new ways to move the world forwardAfter dedicating years to optimizing legal service management and delivery, I felt a strong pull to explore the potential of data analytics and research methods at UMass Amherst, leading to my M.S. in Data Analytics and Computation for Social Sciences. This enriching two-year experience solidified my expertise in data analytics and research methods, fully preparing me for the challenges ahead.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply engaged in nonviolence advocacy, particularly for those affected by war and conflict in conflict zones and international security. My personal experiences as the spouse of a disabled combat veteran have amplified my passion for positive change in this field. During my M.S. pursuit, I had the privilege of serving as a project manager at the Human Security Lab, supervising research on crucial topics like nuclear taboos, Ukrainian conscription law, and post-U.S. withdrawal civilian voices in Afghanistan.In 2022, my journey led me to an encounter with the Bridge Alliance—an organization dedicated to fostering collaborative efforts to improve democracy and strengthen social cohesion in the U.S. This alignment with my lifelong dedication to peacebuilding and nonviolence advocacy inspired me to embrace the role of Executive Director in 2023.I remain eager to continuously refine my skills and actively seek opportunities to collaborate on future research endeavors. Beyond work and advocacy, I find joy in traveling and enjoying live music—often combining the two passions. Additionally, I am an avid hockey fan and proudly cheer on the Chicago Blackhawks during the hockey season.
