The IT Project Manager & Business Analyst is responsible for developing and managingtechnology projects and associated costs, establishing project timelines and scope andguiding projects to completion within agreed upon timelines, budgets, and standards. Overall goal is to continue to develop and cultivate relationships between IT and other university stakeholders and vendors, creating a culture of trust and success in partnerships. Responsibilities include: developing project plans and budgets, communicating with keystakeholders, effectively collaborating with project leads and resources, developing andmaintaining project timelines, associated milestones and communication plans, andmanaging project resources. Identify, manage, and mitigate issues and risks to the project, while continuing to monitor and manage scope - alerting stakeholders and technology resources if changes are needed.Serve as primary communications lead for all projects, develop strategy and ensure awareness of project to appropriate constituents. Align project objectives with institutional goals, and ensure project teams and stakeholders have a common understanding of project deliverablesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Current/completed projects include: • Complete overhaul of the way courses are offered from a non-term structure for online courses to a non-standard term structure• Manage project for Enterprise Information Management and overall technology strategy for the institution• Implementation of a new document imaging system (including solution design, migration, training, testing and communications).• Roll-out of new project management software for the department and institution• Develop university governance for IT projects• Serve on the Organizational Change Management Governance Team• Lead the transition from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce - vendor review, discovery, design, migration, implementation, change management, go live.
