I am the expert on our target market and represent the needs and desires of our buyer and user personas to the rest of the organization. I research, validate and specify requirements for new Energy Management System products and features. As the Product Owner of the agile development team, I author user stories, attend the daily scrum meetings and groom the product backlog. My responsibilities include product roadmap definition, release management and technical requirements specification for the development team. I author product positioning, whitepapers, email and website marketing content for the marketing team. I serve as a technical product expert interacting with customers and prospects to support the sales and customer support teams.
