We collaborate with the festival operations and creative teams, as well as the Alamo Drafthouse teams, to help carve.

The Alamo Drafthouse's Fantastic Fest is the largest genre film festival in the United States. Throughout my various roles at Fantastic Fest I led an incredible team of hard-working professionals who come together every year to produce this crazy 8-day event. Together, we created/elevated/executed over 20 events, 180 screenings, the scheduling and travel.

Developed and managed the retail division of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema from the ground up. Grew from one beta location to a fully integrated company division with offsite warehouse infrastructure and 26 profitable locations in the first 18 months, with plans to expand to an additional 15 markets by end of year 3.

My role as Senior Project Manager began with assisting in the development of the Project Management Department along with company-wide task management tools and subsequent best practices. Throughout my time in the role I managed multiple board-level projects including the launching of a Nationwide Film Club, coordinating the purchase and reboot of 3 video.

The Alamo Drafthouse is known for its many large-scale special events. As the Director of Large Events it was my responsibility to manage the budgets, vendor and staffing needs, logistics, and overall show-running and success of these events.

As the Director of Programming for the Alamo Drafthouse I oversaw both the programming and the creative departments of the company. Outside of managing the day-to-day promotional needs of the various creative campaigns, my primary focus while in this role was on process development for a fast growing infrastructure; working with the video production.

As General Manager of this flagship Alamo location, I oversaw all normal daily business operations: financials, labor forecasts, many special events and overall customer experience for the location. I feel the core of my impact in this role was on my time spent.
