We take a whole person approach, requiring each participant to attend bible study, budget, computer, healthy meal, basic sewing and communication classes, in addition to our Work for Success job training, students are also required to participate in OTJ training, company tours and volunteer service.As Executive Director, I interview each potential participant to ensure that they are serious about finding and keeping a job. Appropriate candidates are then enrolled in our next session and given opportunities to participate in community service and other trainings (such as couponing and Meals on a Budget classes) before classes start.
