• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that aligns with IDONTMIND’s mission for the IDONTMIND website and social media channels. This includes the goal of attracting and retaining visitors and followers, in order to increase the organization's online presence and reach on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.• Assist in the planning, organization and execution of events, activities and campaigns. These different activations are focused on young people and/or fundraising opportunities, in order to support the mission and programs of IDONTMIND, and to create opportunities for engagement with the community.• Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations that align with the organization's goals and objectives, in order to increase its visibility and reputation in the community, and to attract more support and funding for the organization.• Oversee all related services that contribute to the growth and success of the organization, and working closely with the CEO of IDONTMIND to ensure the organization's goals and objectives are met. This includes maintaining detailed documentation that tracks progress, processes, outcomes, deadlines, and deliverables as needed.

• Provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of materials and products relevant to both key stakeholders and each broad audience in a manner that builds IDONTMIND’s brand and brand identity over time.• Manages the IDM Journal and responsible for writing two original articles a week.• Assists in the writing and production of relevant materials for IDM social media channels.• Assists with the management of content on the IDM website and social channels.• Maintains skills in existing desktop publishing and social media environments.• Responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals.• Comply with all grant reporting as required by donors.• Assist in the planning and development of event opportunities.• Maintain an IDM calendar containing grant and fundraising opportunities, product releases, relevant dates, and content posting.

• Designing, developing and delivering curriculum, and teaching students of all ages in S.T.E.A.M. topics, workshops, community programs, outreach events, etc.• Plan, budget, problem-solve, and manage projects in order to execute educational, unique programs bothwithin the museum and in the community for both families and adults through meaningful partnerships.• Work successfully within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, in a five-person team.

• Efficiently manage time and tasks in order to serve customers in a professional, friendly, and responsiveway.• Use exceptional customer service skills in order to achieve the needs of both the customers and therestaurant staff.
