A few things about me - Mom, dog lover, True Crime junkie, coffee, crafting, planning, books, music, baseball, and craft beer.I began my journey into customer service when I was 15 years old. I worked as a courtesy clerk at Food City. I worked hard to earn 2 promotions within the company in my first 2 years there. I was a dedicated cashier and computer room operator for several years. I realized during this time that I’d found my niche in customer service. Working for 3 years at Ripley Entertainment in Gatlinburg, TN brought that niche to life as I got to interact with people from all across the globe on a daily basis. I took a break from hospitality for about 10 years as I shifted my focus to more of a 9-5 administrative role. I worked as a closing agent, a legal assistant, receptionist, mortgage production assistant, and listing assistant. I was very knowledgeable about all sides of the real estate world. When I was just one month shy of giving birth to my daughter in 2012, I decided I wanted to be a stay at home mom. That lasted for 5 years. In 2017, I decided I needed to find a part time job to help my family financially. I was offered a position at Hampton Inn Morristown I-81 and quickly fell in love with working the front desk. I stayed consistent with learning more about the Hampton culture. In 2018, I took on a manager role to interview, recruit and train new hires. In September 2020, I added Director of Sales to my title. In September 2022 and January 2023, I assisted in migration to new reservations system (PEP) for each property.
