Responsibilities include Performance Management, Employee Relations and Recruiting. Working on special projects. Managing the Visa/Immigration process.

Perform full-cycle recruiting for all level positions which includes developing and overseeing the posting of jobs via websites, listservs and associations; sourcing both passive & active job seekers, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating in-person interviews and post-interview follow-ups. Partner with directors, managers, and supervisors to provide strategic direction and counsel to determine departmental needs, budget review, and candidate selection. Administer Human Resources policies and practices to assure compliance, effectiveness, and consistency as it relates to the recruitment process. Provide assistance and guidance to HR Coordinators. Maintain contact and build ongoing relationships and rapport with professional organizations/affinity groups, industry contacts, association members, museums/colleges/universities and social media to broaden the diversity of the applicant pool. Proactively attend job fairs and networking events to develop an active candidate pipeline. One of the most rewards aspects of my position, is having the opportunity to visit various organizations to create awareness of the many great employment opportunities with the Art Institute of Chicago and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting for 24 branch, bank. Positions include, Tellers, Mortgage Originators, Administrative Staff, Credit Analysts, just to name a few. Also was responsible for the onboarding process, including coordinating New Employee Orientation. Coaching and mentoring managers and employees. Handled a variety of complex employee relations issues.
