Working as part of the product team, developing the best local profile management tool on the market.Some achievements:- shipped a number of new features, like suggesting opening hours based on seasonal holidays, bulk updating various profiles properties, refactoring old posting implementation and more- improved CI runtimes for both python backend from ~5 minutes to ~2 minutes, and for vue-based frontend from 30 minutes to 3 minutes- automated receiving dependencies updates with Dependabot- moving databases from Heroku to GCP (for performance boost and cost saving reasons)- advocated over-communicating and improving cross-team collaboration- pioneered communication transparency by own example (making as much information available and accessible to as many company members as possible, advocating for use of public slack channels vs dm's, et al.)

Building reconfigured -- a graphical interface to clean, combine and transform data into production-grade dbt SQL code. Sadly this was a short journey of only 3 months, after which we realised that while the problem is real and the tool we have solves it, it's a hard sell in the current market situation, and the whole team was disbanded.Nevertheless, during these month I did the following:- improved logging and error reporting systems, so that in error scenarios it's clear what went wrong where and why, reducing debug times from (potentially) hours to minutes- implement branching support to the tool, so multiple users can work on the same domain model at the same time- do a lot of visual cleanup and fixing inconsistencies (the usual spacing / flex / color mismatch that often happens in prototyping stage)

Developing Matchmade the creator marketing platform. I did everything from setting up Kubernetes clusters and databases to changing buttons shapes and colours.Some things worth mentioning:- co-built, designed and maintained a set of services, infrastructure and an API monolith that helped us kick-start Matchmade and raise initial funding in 2017 and 2018 - designed boilerplate API micro-service (TypeScript, Fastify and TypeORM) for CRUD-like services, which more-or-less as-is was used for all micro-services powering Matchmade since spring 2020- helped to define and shape rules and patterns for logging, monitoring and alerting, which allowed us to detect issues and recover from them fast
