CurrentOperations - Project Management, MIS | Transformation - Manufacturing | EnvironmentOperations - Project Management & MIS:Working with the Operations Leadership team to establish projects which support the organization goals.Proactively working to remove project obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.Developing & maintaining a MIS plan, including periodical review of OpEx & CapEx budget, COGM YTD Vs Budget; Capacity utilization; Manpower efficiencies; Product yield improvement & Inventory (RM, SFG & FG) status.Transformation-Manufacturing:Creating a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement surveys and focus groups.Conducting various Operations excellence workshops to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and developed corresponding process improvement plans. Partner with stakeholders to drive improvement projects through Operations excellence.Determine the right equilibrium between short-term improvement and long-term value, as well as between enabling managers to take responsibility for change and adjusting the context based on the organization's objectives, in order to communicate effectively with each individual employee and each level of the plant's cross-functional teams.A representation of plant operation and the ability to access information/data with the goal of increasing manufacturing agility and the capacity to shift more quickly. Managing stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy and credibility.Environment:Overseeing the environmental performance and developing, implementing and monitoring environmental strategies that promote sustainable development.Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.Oversee pollution control programs and develop waste treatment and recycling procedures.Develop budget and timelines for environmental operations and develop cost reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality.
