Principal Duties:Participating on the President/C-Suite led team that creates the organization's overall vision, mission, values, beliefs, and strategic goals.Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.Recommending and approving funding levelsMonitoring construction and renovation projects.Monitoring performance metrics.Receiving and responding to approvals/ bids.Facilities Management – negotiates contracts with vendors, Keeps financial records from property operations, creates monthly financial reports for property Investors

During my time as a Student-Athlete/ Basketball Team Captain, I learned how to overcome challenges both on and off the court. Playing a competitive sport has taught me the importance of hard work and preparation. As an athlete, I understand the challenges that must be overcome in order to achieve success.
