Responsible for the planning, control and executing channel related activities. Key leadership in Sales, but with proactive role in facilitating segment and marketing initiatives.Major responsibilities includes: • Developing and implementing overall Direct Channel strategy, policies, objectives and plans which maximize profitability and enhance Tele2 market growth position• Driving sales and channel target planning process, ensuring alignment of targets by channel partner and sales representative to ensure accountability at all levels• Driving the team to deliver significant sales & profitability growth through channel partners, leveraging the full range of Tele2 products• Working with other marketing and sales peers, and channel partners to develop winning strategies which maximize the attractiveness of offers to end users• Managing the commission structure and channel motivations within allocated budgets• Establishing effective metrics for measuring channel partner efficiencies, using these metrics to provide continuous insight and advice on key areas of success and areas for improvement• Collaborating cross-functionally across marcom, sales, product, finance, CO and management to drive the agenda of company.
