Responsible for championing IBM Emptoris solutions throughout the Provider Network Management organization. Serve as overall solution expert; deliver expertise to the organization; provide guidance and support to the Contract Administrators; manage overall system functionality and maintenance which includes IBM direct interface with the objective of maintaining viability of the solution; manage future growth opportunities for upgrade activities and innovative integrations; assist, as necessary, with ongoing administration of the solution to maintain the asset.

•Oversee the development and management of contracts and contracting processes through utilization of contract management systems, most notably Emptoris Contract Management (ECM)•Manage projects, delegate workload, and assign special projects to staff•Design, formulate, format, and distribute reports to corporate and health plan leadership using Congnos, Business Objects, and Excel programs•Collaborate interdepartmentally to determine accuracy of data across multiple systems and formula best practices for projects to eliminate and prevent existing and future discrepencies•Identify potential risks in contracting process and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure contracting process is completed timely and accurately and within required established standards and guidelines•Develop policies and procedures, work processes, and other documentation to standardize practices

•Design, construct, and evaluate Emptoris Contract Management (ECM) interview wizard functionality utilizing logic code statements•Analyze, modify, and reevaluate interview designs for new and existing health plans to ensure contract accuracy, integrity, and reportablility•Provide support to health plans’ users of ECM on the contracting process and any ECM related issues•Trainer for internal health plans’ users on ECM funtionality and the contracting process•Design, formulate, format, and distribute reports to corporate and health plan leadership using Congnos, Business Objects, and Excel programs
