As part of Movinghub's international expansion, the newly created role is responsible for executing all strategic sales initiatives by working closely with each regions B2B sales team.

As CEO- Australia, I have worked closely with the Group CEO to facilitate the growth of organisation and hold full P&L responsibility for the Australian business. I sit on the global executive team, serving as one of 4 senior members of the group’s advisory board and spearhead the establishment and operations of infrastructure, departments and teams including sales, call centre, quality assurance, helpdesk support and finance. I enabled the local launching of the NZ, US and UK operations and built a business from less than 10 partners (B2B to over 3,000 and growing). A key achievement was acheiving turnover in excess of $1m in 12 months.

In this role, I was charged with increasing the number of partners signing up for an array of industries to help build the proof of concept. I provided support to the Group CEO with financials including cash flow forecasting, and with creating larger business opportunities from the ground up.

As CEO and Director, I engaged with the media and operationalised additional revenue streams such as home loans and bill comparisons. I built brand awareness for the company at nil cost using TV, Radio and Print Media and attracted and acquired new clients and businesses.I founded this company and oversaw all financial aspects such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, PAYG, BAS and company tax. I employed finance and software expertise to develop the personal finance software (CRM) and worked closely with clients to design and implement strategies to improve cash flow. I built a CRM system for an organisation which is currently being used Australia wide by licensees and clients.

Each week Brig and Lehmo invited me on their breakfast show to educate their listeners about money management. The segment aired each Tuesday morning at 7.40am on Melbourne's Gold 104.3.

Money and Your Life is a TV Show which highlights the real issues that people face in their home. With a panel of experts the show provides guidance to the guests with the ultimate of objective to educate viewers with similar challenges.

In this role, I conducted monthly reporting and analysis, and oversaw support for overall sales and commercial operations This included implementation of a process for reconciliation that allowed the team to validate each sale claimed as opposed to sampling within the same timeframe, leading to $1M in savings. I also introduced new reporting tools to analyse General Ledger, leading to 2 day improvements in particular end of month activities.
