• Part of the 2-member project team responsible within KBC Merchant Banking to divest KBC Germany • Goal was to disentangle a fully embedded entity, respecting agreements made with authorities. • Responsible to identify and solve disentanglement issues, with respect for the parties involved.• Give steering to the experts involved and provide senior management with decision ready alternatives.
