Working as a TPM lead/Manager in Amazon Alexa devices working with cross functional teams, managing test teams, program management from start of the device to launch and post launch releases, managing the timelines/schedules of program intact and update to the management if there is a slip in deliverables, NPI/NTI projects, defining test strategies, test scope, maintaining JIRA dashboard, escalate risks to management, etc.Working on Amazon Alexa products. Working on IoT and features that are customer-centric. We build all the cool things that are most important to customers. Working as an E2E device QA lead on new devices, working with the cross-functional teams, PM, TPM. Involved right from planning to product launch.Products launched- Amazon Echo Gen1 to latest Gen 3- Amazon Echo Plus 1st Gen and 2nd Gen- Amazon Echo DOT Gen 1, Gen2 and Gen 3- Amazon Tap- Echo Show Gen1, Gen2- Echo Spot- Echo Auto- Echo BudsRole:- Responsible for leading the product from POR phase to factory/product lauch. Responsible for writing test strategy, automation plan, working with cross functional teams, manaing JIRA dashboard, making sure that schedule is met. Escalate risks to management on a daily/weekly basis.- Work on new features, test plan preparation- Manage with different teams across US, India, and other regions- Work closely on beta customer bugs and track them to closure- Working on customer tickets, debugging and track them to closure.

I was involved in a V&V team for Continental Automotive Client for Telematics and Infotainment group from Wipro. The project is executed at the client site in Basingstoke, UK. The V&V activity invloves 3 modules. They are Bluetooth, phonebook and personal calling. The testing activity is done in both lab (alpha) and beta testing(field testing) on Jaguar,BMW and LandRover cars. All the defects found were raised on the clearquest. The developer was given with the logs(console and MOST traces) for bugs. Responsibilites1. Test case preparation,execution, Test reports etc2.
