As a Facilities Supervisor, the following are my duties and responsibilities:1. Lead and manage building facility personnel and monitor performances.2. Manage building resources and supplies effectively.3. Work with other department to develop processes and best practices to achieve company goals4. Develop cost effective measures and create cost saving plans.5. Forecast maintenance budget and monitor expenses periodically.6. Ensure government statutory requirements are updated and complied.15. Ensure emergency response team are equipped through series of training in coordination with local fire department and local police.16. Submit reports to management on the over-all facility operation performance

1. Provide and maintain all building facilities equipment and systems, including facilities security and life safety. 2. Responsible for engineering direction in finalization of specifications, designs, evaluation and construction for facility upkeep. 3. Develop cost reduction projects and equipment improvement for energy conservation.4. Acts as the Pollution Control Officer

1. Performs day to day duty to facilitate and manage pre-construction and construction activities for SEAOIL fuel stations in various locations within Metro Manila and South Luzon. 2. Provide initial project estimates and final budget, obtain various permits, prepare and review project schedules, estimate and verify change order requests. 3. Conduct testing and commissioning for proper turn-over of project completion and occupancy.
