Producers' Attic (Lydia Wharf & Kat Bridge) led a research project to explore supporting dance artists' practice and production at Trinity Laban. The resultant report was completed at end March 2021.

Providing strategic and artistic leadership for this well-regarded nationally and internationally significant dance organisation from the heart of its local community. Key Achievements:-· Devised the artistic vision and mission, balancing the intrinsic and social roles of dance and art· Reinvigorated Partnership development, energising and extending a Higher Education partnership and initiating a producer peer support initiative with national partners · Strengthened Greenwich Dance’s profile through leading beyond the organisation e.g. at key networks, Executive committee for the National Dance Network and Boosting Resilience leadership programme· Managed an external Brand and Communications review, resulting in a new visual identity · Communicated with the Board regarding business and operations including compliance and change management · Secured opportunities for development by initiating an international collaboration with a Canadian festival, collaborating to secure British Council funding · Led and line managed programme team with an approach that encouraged autonomy and pride · Nurtured stakeholder relationships and maximised revenue generation of the Borough Hall

Key achievements: · Deputised for the Director as part of the Senior Management Team at stakeholder and partner meetings and presentations and contributing to business planning, revenue and project funding bids · Designed and managed the Creative Programme supporting Greenwich Dance’s creative vision· Pioneered inventive programming models, site sensitive and celebratory arts events including producing participatory performance, Common Dance. Jointly led the 20th anniversary celebrations· Oversaw the Supporting Artists and Performance and Events programme · Line managed a Co-ordinator and Creative Assistant and a team of dance artists. · Produced multiple complex creative projects concurrently, initiating European project CitytoCity Cabaret securing funds including through European Culture Programme· Led key strategic partnerships and budget management for instance Big Dance for South East London and creative delivery for the Greenwich Dance & Trinity Laban Partnership

Sharing creative dance experiences with children aged 5-11 and focusing on leading Insets and training to improve teaching of dance in schools including creation of cross-curricular dance units across all primary year groups
