After 8 years as an operations and sales leader in the employee benefits industry, I earned my MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and now work for the Venture Capital arm of NextEra Energy. I focus on investing in early-stage Enterprise SaaS and AI startups. During business school, I worked with CFV Ventures (investment associate), RevTech Labs Capital, NC IDEA (startup analyst), Juno (FinTech startup), SoFi (Invest Business Unit - Summer MBA Intern), and Mark II Ventures (investment analyst). What I have always loved most about my career is working with entrepreneurs—from startups to multi-million dollar businesses. I have experience creating and training scalable B2B sales processes and systems as well as investing in high-growth startups. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes strategic growth, partnerships, and is mission-driven.
