My goal in life is to leave all things better than I found them. As an Operations Management professional, I am a natural fixer and have led a team of more than 50 to hit annual revenue goals while increasing efficiencies and reducing costs. My career spans several industries. The common denominator in all of my jobs is building relationships. My management style is geared toward team and client buy-in. I am committed to the growth of the team I serve and the clients we deliver services to.Outside of work I participate in various volunteer activities some of which include Meals on Wheels, Loaves and Fishes Food Bank, summer running with the Boys and Girls Club, and a variety of fundraising event efforts for local charities. Recently I became a certified scuba diver and now get to enjoy the underwater world with a great group of new friends.
