I am passionate about people, change and learning. Curious at heart, I like a good challenge. I'm not thrown by ambiguity and enjoy partnering with colleagues and business leaders to create solutions that are right for the employee and the organization. While a believer that good work needs to be measurable, it also needs to be fun. I've successfully managed and led cross-functional and global initiatives across talent assessment, talent management, recruiting, learning and development, engagement and culture integration. I'm experienced working one-on-one with business groups, as well as facilitating and leading groups of all sizes.
