Critical and strategic partner on the Talent Development Team and will support client groups with growth objectives, product knowledge, and professional skills development. Provide instructional design and development expertise and consultation in support of the Merchandising division for Ross Stores Inc. Partner with learning and business leaders to build out effective learning solutions to support the continued growth of both functional and leadership capability.

Lead projects with expertise in the design, development, implementation and facilitation of learning and development solutions for the organization focused on building skills that support business strategies. Conduct needs analysis’ to determine effective strategies, systems and tools to address training needs, skill gaps and build talent capabilities.

Improve the productivity of the organization and the performance of all employees through the design, maintenance and delivery of high quality training and development. Build leadership capability and capacity through the transfer of learning tailored to individual levels throughout the organization.
