In addition to the flagship Overhead Door brand, ODC's market-leading divisions and brands include Wayne Dalton, Genie, Horton Automatics, TODCO, Creative Door Services and NationServe.• Acquired and integrated five distribution and services companies ranging in value from $2M to $45M.• Instituted new strategy processes that matured organizational strategic thinking, planning and execution.• Shut-down a $20M French manufacturing subsidiary, navigating complex employee-protective legal barriers.• Led strategic discussions with key customer, customer councils and management teams to identify pathways to improve products, services, relationships and profitability.

Co-led redevelopment and re-launch of HP’s Digital Hospital solution. Led a global pan-HP team in the development of an expanded DH2.0 solution framework that aligned HPs services and hardware business units to a common vision, language and collaborative execution approach. Reporting to the CEO, led mergers, acquisitions and strategic planning for this multi-national provider of sales, marketing, retailing and other services to manufacturers and retailers of consumer goods and food. - Led all phases of the mergers and acquisitions process (e.g., target search, negotiations, due diligence, financial modeling and economic analysis, contract development, closing, integration, etc.) resulting in the successful acquisitions of four companies in the U.S., India, Australia and New Zealand. - Led corporate and divisional executives in development of strategy and strategic plans. Revitalized the company by creating a common vision, strategic focus, organizational commitment, and execution roadmap.

Led multi-discipline and multi-national teams in evaluating more than one-hundred merger and acquisition targets and executing related transactions for corporations and private equity groups.
