Experience:I've always seemed to have the pleasure to find my way into a fun and seemingly fast paced group of designers and engineers. I feel at home in this environment.I'm familiar with the necessary steps in an engineering project and the attention to detail required. I'm comfortable switching hats while a project is developing from leading to being a team member and back to leading if needed.I've been privileged to work on projects that are 'one offs' or low volume production as well as high volume production and on going sustaining engineering projects.I've worked in the bio-medical fields, high tech fields, and more industrial style of engineering.I've recently increased the productivity of a product line at Nike by over 25% with minimal process changes and no additional personnel.I've worked with fabrication vendors to lower cost in design and assembly. I've directed CAD management as well as taught CAD practices.
