In my experience the best way to know somebody, to truly know them, is to know what drives them. If you know an individual's drives, you can identify their motivations and goals and you can really see what kind of person they are.So, what drives me?My drive is to succeed, and I do whatever I need to do to achieve my goals, I am hardworking and fast learning, and I can show it too. My first major job was working for Valvoline. In a little over a year, I went from my first real part time job to the assistant manager of a store, all while in school. I exceeded my expectations and became a valued part of the team.The year I became an assistant manager, the store performed the best it had ever done achieving a record store revenue of almost $1.9 million. I personally had the highest sales in the company that year, personally achieving up to $60,000 in sales per month.While I was working full time as a manager I studied concurrently as a full-time student at Northern Virginia Community College for a transfer degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration.My diligence shows my drive and as I strive for future success, I am determined to be the best that I can be.
