General Activities:• Sourcing and Screening the profiles.• Involved in the recruitment process through Job Portals, Direct Resumes, and Employee Referrals.• Short listing profiles with respect to the company requirement• Pre-screen the profiles thoroughly before presenting to the right audience• Scheduling interview for short listed candidates via Skype, telephone and F-2-F• Ensure initialization of background verification check, by requesting for the required documents from the candidate.• Maintaining an exhaustive database of all the candidates.• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Linked In, Monster, Naukri and head hunting etc.Induction and Orientation:-• To prepare induction schedule for new joinee.• To give induction to all new joinees as per SOP.• To complete the formalities of all new joiners as per HR checklist mention in file With SOP warm Welcome.• To Prepare and give welcome kit to new joiners.General Administration:• Handling all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats
