I retired after 18 years serving as the Superintendent of Schools for Coal City School District #1 located in Coal City, Illinois. My school district was a PreK-12 District with 2,200 students and five schools. My resume includes significant experience in finance, construction, curriculum and assessment development, personnel management, building operations and community relations.I am now the President of the Megan's Mission Foundation was formed in honor of my daughter, Megan Bugg who passed away on 3/9/2020 after fighting childhood cancer (Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma) for seven years and two months. The Megan's Mission Foundation is dedicated to realizing Megan's dream of ending childhood cancer through advocacy and research.
