Started cooking when I was 16, at the Culinary program in my highchool. After that I went to Wyotech and got my AC Certification. A year later I went to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, my first job after school was a mom and pop shop called The Creamery. Three months later I was working both at The Creamery and Wine & Roses (banquet). In November of 2014, I resigned from The Creamery and am currently working full time in the Wine & Roses Restaurant. My goals for the future are to work in a hospital kitchen, and open up a food truck.
