An experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the construction & real estate industry. Upon graduation in Civil Engineering, I started my career with a Civil & Structural consultancy firm (G&P Structures). From there, I've gained valuable civil & structural design experience in high rise and mixed development projects. After 6 years in design field, I've subsequently moved on to project management role with a property developer (Hap Seng Land). Truly blessed to be given the opportunities to be involved in some flagship projects for the Group, under the guidance of a great superior/mentor.I would consider myself a highly motivated individual with great passion in my job. I enjoy managing projects by overseeing different stages of developments from planning, design, tender, construction, until completion. I always feel a great sense of achievement whenever a project is completed. Besides, I'm also a keen learner with great interpersonal skills. I like working in a team with Stakeholders, Colleagues, Consultants & Contractors, especially when teamwork is 1 of the keys to success in this industry.
