Email correspondence to the client in line with LPG System Operation and Maintenance Related Issue: ( Emergency Request Response, LPG System TPI Inquiry, LPG System Commissioning Arrangement, LPG System Condition Status Checking, Gas Tank Level Monitoring and Routine Gas Filling, LPG Sensor Status testing and calibration, LPG Spare Parts status checking, Operation & Maintenance Inclusion/Exclusion scope and terms in the agreed/or inquired LPG System Annual Maintenance Contract, ...). Coordination to the client for LPG system site visit for new or existing/running system to address the snags to be rectify prior providing the operation and maintenance servicing. Techno-commercial support for LPG System Annual Maintenance Contract proposal preparation. Generating Inquiries through Beams ERP Software based on on-site technical report or client’s specific requirements with or without agreed LPG System Annual Maintenance Contract for rate and inclusion/exclusion conditional scope and terms. Utilization of ERP Software (BEAMS) for sourcing, material requisition, purchase order tracking up to delivery for any spare parts to be install/or replace for continuous LPG system operation. Ensuring all LPG system related documents (Approved Civil Défense LPG related document (No Objection Clearance and as built drawing), Pressure testing certificate, Gas Leak Detection Sensor Panel Certificate, and LPG Tank Certificate were obtained from the client and LPG Tank and System on site readiness status prior endorsement to maintenance team for gas commissioning and functionality testing. LPG System Third-Party Inspection arrangement for LPG Tank and System Certification.Creating Reports in line with the data logs obtained from technical operation and maintenance conducted during Planned Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Response, Gas Leak Detection Sensor Calibration Report, Gas Commissioning and Functionality Report and LPG System Health Status Condition Technical Reports.
