As a senior director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, I specialize in Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisory, Finance and Advisory Services, and Hotel and Resort Properties. I joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and am primarily responsible for institutional-grade hotel and resort property transactions across North America. Throughout my career, I have focused on multiple aspects of hospitality real estate investments, including property management, investment sales, CMBS origination and principal acquisitions, with a collective value in excess of $3.5 billion. I began my career at HFF in 2011. Before that, I worked for JP Morgan's $1.5 billion Alternative Property Funda and acquired lodging assets on behalf of multiple equity platforms. While there, I worked with clients including W Hotels, JW Marriott, Renaissance by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn and Aloft, across North America. Before JP Morgan, was a senior member of the hospitality investment sales group for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in New York, where I successfully sold more than $2 billion worth of hospitality assets. I also have hotel operations and financial services consulting experience, including a management position with Boutique Hotel Group and Novantas in New York.
