• Substance abuse therapist for clientele in weekly individual psychotherapy session working on substance abuse/dependency recovery and mental health related issues• Intensive out-patient group facilitator for 5-15 individuals once a week for a four hour group discussing fundamental educational principles concerning addiction, recovery, triggers, and cravings• Early recovery group facilitator for 5-15 individuals once a week for a one hour group discussing topics such as emotional regulation, recognizing relapse, challenging distorted thinking, and relapse prevention• Life skills group facilitator in the Cache County Jail once a week for a two hour group discussing topics such as emotional regulation, anger management, and substance abuse/dependency with the minimum security male population

• Licensed Good Touch/Bad Touch Instructor and outreach program participant to local elementary schools working to reduce incidences of child maltreatment and sexual abuse• Healthy Families of America outreach home visitor to families with young children who may be at risk for child abuse and/or neglect, as well as providing information and resources geared toward appropriate and healthy child development• Step-Family class instructor as part of a grant from Utah State University for anybody in a “Step” or “Blended” family to help address issues such as communication, healthy expectations, discipline, and empathic understanding• Children’s Anger Management class instructor as part of the “two-step” Anger Management program addressing issues such as anger management, emotional regulation, and empathic emotional recognition in others• Parenting class instructor for minimum security male and female populations in the Cache County Jail as well as community parenting classes for community members addressing topics such as discipline, self-esteem, and communication• Crisis/Respite Nursery aid worker for families in distress as well as temporary shelter for children who were transitioning between areas of residence• Fundraising volunteer at activities such as the “Princess Party,” the “Super Hero Party,” “Annual Mud Run” to help stop child abuse, and collector of donations from local businesses for April’s “Child Abuse Prevention” month activities
