Born in the United Kingdom with family originated from Shanghai, I was educated in the UK and the US. I held various management positions with Fortune 500 corporations in America and in Asia. With my background in sales and marketing, I found my passion in the senior living business.I speak fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese and Teochew. My global life exposure trained me to be culturally sensitive. I appreciate diversity and network well in multi-dimensional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Also known as Kin-Wai, I obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan (Stephen M. Ross School of Business) and my Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (School of Hotel and Tourism Management). I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hospitality Business Management at the Washington State University. My research focus is senior living management. Happily married to Crystal, I am the proud father of Matthew, Mark and Michael. As an advocate of the vision that "the local church is the hope of the world", I enjoy serving the community with my family through church ministries.
