While leading the Creative Services Team to create marketing collateral that proactively supports new business, retention, and operations. I possess both creative and technical skills as well as human-centered people expertise; I am also knowledgeable in marketing communications tools and techniques and an expert in customer service.Responsibilities also include the overall brand look and feel for ISS-Guckenheimer North America including the development, refinement and protection of the brand; including ownership charge of the overall visual appearance and how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience.Providing analysis to ensure projects stay within brand standards, both in copy and visual elements.Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.Manage creation process, workflows, and deliverables to ensure consistently high quality, on time work.Identify the project needs of those stakeholders and liaise with various departments managers to execute against those needs. Manage the production of owned assets and serve as production expert providing insights to partners and other stakeholders to ensure creative is optimally produced.Create and maintain Creative Services budget. Works together with team to create solutions for our Sales team and internal customers.Proposals & Presentations: manages process to ensure products are developed in a variety of formats (InDesign, Word, PPT); web-based presentations are developed in partnership with external web designers. Internal: manages internal process to ensure the brand is upheld in all aspects of the Company to build successful client relationships, growing the relationship to ensure a true partnership between customer and client.
