1. leads the sales operations department and ensures the effectiveness of sales efforts and its alignment with the overall business objectives of the company2. formulates and implements sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the company3. creates and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions in lign with the Key Performance Indicators for the business.4. prepares top management reports and data driven analytics used for company wide initiatives and operational improvements.5. works closely with other department heads in processing relevant operational data and information, translating it into actionable strategies that align with the mission and vision of the company6. manages key client relationships

1. Generates Sales from existing and potential corporate clients through solution selling and offering converged products of the PLDT Group.2. Acts as single point of contact of PLDT in providing feedback to corporate accounts on status of service requests and in proposing solutions of the converged products and services for corporate accounts.3. Identifies sales opportunities and develops specific solutions to address the requirements of the corporate client.4. Monitors competitor activities within the accounts. Prepares an account plan, knows the PLDT wallet share and competitors’ wallet share. Formulates strategies in order to increase wallet share.5. Conducts client visits to ensure quality of service; expands relationship and business.6. Develops and understands the customer nature of business to determine its current and future telecom requirements.7. Analyzes the business process of the corporate account and offers a better solution to improve their process using convergent solutions.8. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction and long-term income stream for PLDT by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.9. Addresses and manages key customer complaints and coordinates responses to customer questions and concerns. Creates customer specific action plans and develops specific recommendations to improve customer satisfaction in coordination with organizations concerned.
