• Responsible for providing fanatical support to customers • Provide support and guidance to other technicians routinely and also in an escalation role • Maintain up to date and extensive knowledge on organization products (email, apps products, other company offerings/products) to educate and provide support to customers• Responsible for fully troubleshooting customers’ issue regarding email hosting, Cloud drive/ server backup, directory sync and Sharepoint.• Exercise good judgment in decision-making in order to routinely deliver exceptional customer support at all times by handling level-appropriate support requests primarily via phone, tickets and chat.
