Joined Afiniti as an experienced and proven leader who challenges traditional ways of doing things. In this newly-created role, I was to develop and drive the talent acquisition strategy, processes, organizational structure and procedures to scale the organization through a period of high growth, as well as a planned IPO.• Set the vision for the high-performing talent acquisition team across global markets, to identify, engage and attract diverse talent for all business areas from interns to C-Suite.• Built a progressive strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end recruiting and hiring process in order to have a best- in-class candidate experience.• Positioned Afiniti as a top desired employer of choice, globally through branding efforts with universities, diverse communities, job boards, social media, and networking.• Lead the Talent Acquisition function with an emphasis on crisp analytics.
