My journey has been driven by a deep passion for creating safe, engaging, and enriching learning environments that promote children's development and curiosity.Currently, I’m the Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Bundoora, part of the Affinity Education Group. In this role, I lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and education, ensuring our programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and meet the diverse needs of families in our community.Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff, focusing on delivering exceptional learning experiences both indoors and outdoors. I believe in the power of play-based learning and am passionate about supporting children’s growth socially, emotionally, and academically.
