KC Associates, LLC, started operations in the late 1980’s. After several years in leadership positions in the public workforce system, working in the CETA, JTPA, WIA, and WIOA programs, the company entered the workforce development consulting arena. WIN Learning Ready to Work and Essential Soft Skills AssessmentsIn early 2018, the State of South Carolina contracted with WIN Learning to provide assessments to students in the high school education system, and job seekers through the state workforce system. KC Associates, LLC, is working with WIN Learning to implement the Ready to Work Assessments (Applied Math, Locating Information, and Reading for Information) and the Essential Soft Skills Assessments that are the foundation of the South Carolina Career Readiness Credential and the South Carolina Essential Soft Skills Credential.After years of work with ACT conducting WorkKeys® job profiles, KC Associates, LLC, is no longer affiliated with ACT or the WorkKeys® job profiling process.
