I have handled civil cases, including issues related to property, contract, personal injury, divorce, and family law through trial and arbitration. I have also handled cases as criminal defense counsel and as a prosecutor. I have handled personal bankruptcies as well as collection matters from before filing through to garnishments and executions on property, including bankruptcy work from the creditor perspective. I have represented corporations in the areas of employment and contracts litigation as an advisor to the board of directors and officers through litigation and settlement. He was a member of the Genesee County Board of Canvassers and was a candidate for the office of Genesee County Prosecutor. K.C. volunteers as a coach for the debate team at St. John the Evangelist School in Fenton. K.C. has been active in his community throughout his life and formerly served as a volunteer firefighter.
