Prep Estudar Fora is a free program aimed at preparing competitive students from all over Brazil to apply to top universities in the US. Our program has students admitted, every year, to the top 50 schools in the US, with full-ride scholarships.As a Coordinator of the program, I oversee about 45 students from the current class, guiding them through the application process, keeping up with current application trends, and providing feedback on all aspects of students' applications.I am also responsible for a network of about 400 students who were previously a part of Prep, informing them about job/scholarship opportunities, and engaging them with current Fundação Estudar content and opportunities.

• Advised about 50 students every year applying to college overseas (mainly the US, also Canada, UK, and Netherlands) and ensured applications were high quality and sent on time• Managed a team that organized student's applications in all areas (i.e. college essays, financial aid documentation, test registration) • Provided general feedback and managed communications between students, parents, and counselorsStudents were admitted into top 20 schools in the US and top 100 schools around the world

At IFAD, I'm responsible for helping to increase the visibility of IFAD-funded projects related to Indigenous Peoples, Nutrition, Gender & Social Inclusion, Climate & Environment, and Youth.That includes: writing articles, producing the podcast Farms. Food. Future., and creating content to promote events and content on social media.

As a Supply Chain intern, more specifically working with Waste, I analyzed Unilever's stock and waste data, creating graphs to present data more clearly and understand where waste could be reduced.I contacted different solutions already in the market and created a wireframe of an app that could potentially reduce waste by more than 50%.

As a research assistant, I investigated the role of bilingualism (Spanish & English) in Portuguese learning. For two consecutive years, 2018 and 2019, I received 1st place in the Humanities category at the Northwestern Research Expo.
