By instilling a culture of accountability and reinforcing procedural adherence, I swiftly turned around team performance, drastically reducing avoidable losses. My leadership spanned across all transaction channels—including debit and credit card, wire, ACH, Check Fraud, and all digital payments. I ensured that fraud procedures in each of these spaces were constantly evolving to combat the specific fraud methodologies we were experiencing. I also worked closely with the Fraud Engineering Team to develop and launch a real-time fraud monitoring workflow, strengthening our defenses against online fraud.Transitioning to Associated Bank as Vice President of Fraud Surveillance, I contributed to key initiatives such as fraud rule assessments and calibrations.
