Highlights: • Drove recruiting, hiring, and training efforts that resulted in six remote US hires and one offshore hire that include an AP Clerk, Purchasing Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Accounting Manager, and two Senior Accountants.• Guided evaluation and selection of ERP that resulted in implementation of NetSuite. Led interviews and selection of implementation partners.• Researched accounting standards and provided recommendations on changes to internal policies and procedures to improve audit readiness• Onboarded four acquired companies in 2022.
