Business Operations Program Specialist
Current- Monitor incoming interagency agreements from the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Department of State, Department of Defense, and other US Department of Agriculture agencies to evaluate cost proposals and financial accounting information to ensure proper set up and controls.- Conduct quarterly funds reviews with regional program teams to analyze their budget projections, obligations, and expenditures. Provide guidance to ensure effective use of program funds for accomplishment of program goals and objectives. - Compile and present monthly and annual status of funds analysis for the Director and Chief of Staff to monitor allocations, obligations and expenditures on appropriations, overhead accounts, prior-year funds, and reimbursable fund activities to inform strategic coordination and formulation of program initiatives and staffing budgets.- Administer several financial operations for International Programs, including the US debit card program, Pay.gov collections, accounting adjustments, and MOST obligations, collaborating with the Budget & Finance and Financial Policy staff units.
