The City Councillor At-Large is a part time elected position and serves as a link between the citizens of Malden and their municipal government. At-Large Councilors represent the entire city unlike Ward Councilors which represent citizens that live in their local Ward. Councilors At-Large help constituents by connecting them to resources, services, and City departments. They serve as advocates for all Malden.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN SERVICES AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH: City of Malden 2016-PresentPlans, develops and implements administrative procedures and programs within Department for senior citizens, youth, housing, and job development. Liaison to community organizations by fostering relationships between the City of Malden, non-profit organizations, civic, school and community groups. This involves designing, implementing and coordinating outreach programs to meet the City’s needs, including programs adapted to meet the needs of our culturally diverse population. Plans, initiates and oversees the long-range goals of the various program segments (i.e. capital expenditures, construction projects, facilities/equipment repair) Manage the Mayor's Summer and Year-Round Youth Employment Program which staffs over 300 youth.Presents the Department's budget to the City Council, reports to the Mayor and City Council, both orally and in writing, relating to matters within the Department.

Founded a community based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the purpose of promoting community cohesiveness by sponsoring events which focus on health, education, entertainment and beautifying the public areas in Malden.Writing and filing the Articles of Incorporation; Creating Bylaws for Organization; succeeded in applying for tax exemption internal revenue code 501(c)(3). Maintaining all corporate records; develop agenda and oversee monthly board meetings. Design all public relations materials, including press releases, fliers, brochures and newsletters.Plan unique fundraising ideas, coordinate events, including: creating a budget per event; obtaining proper permits and licenses; soliciting corporations and private citizens for donations via mass mailings, e-mailing and cold calling. Write and file grant applications. Working with the Officers, Board of Directors and City officials on all aspects of running a non-profit corporation.

Psychiatry Research ManagerReported to Director of the Neuropsychiatry Department. Coordinated and assisted in development of Psychiatry preceptorships for Harvard Longwood Residency program and pharmaceutical companies. Provide updates to Clinical Trials and Grants Administrator for preparation of regulatory submissions. Assist Director in writing grants and submitting to Internal Review Board.
