• Over 5+ years of IT experience in gathering requirements, documentation, developing, designing, testing, implementing, and deploying BI Solutions. • Over 3+ years of extensive experience utilizing the MicroStrategy Suite (MicroStrategy Desktop, MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server, MicroStrategy Architect, MicroStrategy Web, MicroStrategy Object Manager and MicroStrategy Integrity manager). • Experience in working with data modellers to translate business rules/requirements into conceptual/logical dimensional models and worked with complex de-normalized and normalized data models. • Expertise in working on both Direct Project Source (Two-Tier) and Server Project source (Three-Tier). • Well versed in designing the reporting applications according to BRD, SRS and FRS.s• Good experience in schema objects (Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, and Transformations). • Expertise in developing Application Objects (filters, prompts, metrics, Custom Groups, Consolidations, DrillMaps, Templates, Searches), developed Reports, Documents and Dashboards • Expertise in developing Reports by using Freeform SQL Queries and Logical Views in MicroStrategy Desktop. • Expertise in creating dashboard reports in an Interactive and Flash Mode by using Selector, Sliders and Widgets to view personalized reports based on user requirements. • Experience in code optimization and performance tuning of database queries both in MicroStrategy environment • Experience in problem solving and delivering practical solutions. • Responsible for MSTR On-Call Support on Rotation Basis. • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
