- Owning manufacturing and prototyping of a 5x5 grid of 1.5m long custom roll-wrapped square composite tubes with 200 micron wall thicknesses for BlueSky particle accelerator calorimeter - Supporting CMS upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN via prepreg layups and metrology

- Determined optimal car shape for new solar area rules by surface modeling 3 preliminary designs and performing CFD analysis. Lowered total drag force for all designs by >25% from initial models- Leading sub-team of 10 students to design, simulate, & manufacture the aeroshell of new solar car - Compared capabilities, performance, & usability of 3 CFD softwares to select the best for our team

- Competed in American Solar Challenge 2024 as the primary driver. Drove over 800 miles in a 43°C+ cabin for more than 4.5 hours per day for a week. Helped the team rank 6 out of 20 teams nationally- Performed over 15 wet, prepreg, and infusion carbon and glass fiber layups between Jan-June 2024- Independently designed and manufactured two aeroshell and canopy molds and parts from scratch- Reduced complexity of driver cooling system and drag force by 4N through CFD analysis of solutions

- Determined appropriate use of >50 chemicals through study of SDS and working with EHS officials- Wrote composites standard operating procedures with emphasis on proper chemical and PPE usage- Helped restructure the center’s chemical policy to ensure student safety and pass EHS inspections
