As Chairman, CEO, and a Founding Partner of International Creative Capital, LLC, established to manage an investment fund that qualifies foreign citizens for United States Citizenship under the U.S. Homeland Security. Utilizing the EB5 Immigration Program, both Direct and Regional Center programs to secure financing for the Hospitality, Vertical Farming, and Bio-Medical markets based in Minnesota and Florida, I attracted and onboarded 37 investors from 9 different countries, managing funds for a total of 65 million. I founded these unique and dynamic companies, generating 2 separate/lucrative cashflows. I also developed AtomicDeals.com and AtomicDealsTV, converging broadcast and digital TV, Internet, auctions, IP video, and mobile e-commerce platforms into a low-cost, consumer-focused interactive commerce hub.
